Jeffrey Wilfong is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Level Two Wealth Management, an investment research and management boutique serving the needs of institutions and individuals. Jeffrey began his career at Morgan Stanley in Silicon Valley in the early 90’s and left to start up an institutional broker dealer providing research and trading services to numerous high profile hedge funds and buyside investment firms.

His investment expertise draws upon a multidisciplinary approach spanning the fields of Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Programming, Finance and Fundamental and Technical Analysis. Jeffrey has developed a proprietary algorithm taking the unique insights from decades of experience trading for some of the leading investment managers.
